» Executive Reports
Each month Wanstor prepares a set of Executive reports. These reports connect to the Wanstor helpdesk system and monitoring system to include customised information that is specifically relevant to each customer. Once generated the reports are then assessed by the Wanstor Service Manager who provides an objective overview of the month's activity and presents recommendations for improving the IT systems and reducing the number of ongoing issues.
The Executive reports are designed to provide a monthly executive level review of the organisation's IT systems and provide non-technical personnel with an improved understanding of the network to assist with the ongoing decision making process and strategic IT development.
